Frequently asked questions
How do I save my progress?
Your progress is saved on your device automatically. There is no account or login. If you uninstall the game or change devices, progress may not transfer unless cloud save is enabled in a future version.
I lost my progress after switching devices.
Cloud save is not yet available. We are working on it. For now, please keep the game installed on your original device. If you have a specific issue, contact us with the device details and we will see what we can do.
I see ads. How do they work?
Gem Coloring shows two kinds of ads: optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch and get an in-game reward) and standard ads between sessions. We do not pop ads up while you are mid-puzzle.
How do I opt out of personalized ads?
On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" or revoke this app's permission.
On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads and reset or limit your advertising ID.

How do I request my data or delete it?
Email ranshuqing6537@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request". Tell us the game name, your device platform (iOS or Android), and any in-game support ID if available. We respond within 45 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and refunds are processed by them, not by us.

- Google Play: visit Google Play refund help.
If a purchase failed but money was charged, contact us at ranshuqing6537@gmail.com with your receipt.
The game crashes or freezes.
Try these steps in order:
- Force-quit the app and reopen it.
- Restart your device.
- Update to the latest version of the game from the App Store or Google Play.
- Make sure your device has at least 200 MB of free storage.
If the issue persists, email us with your device model, OS version, and a short description of when the crash happens.
