Pixel Spark ("we", "our", or "us") is the publishing brand of an individual developer based in the People's Republic of China, providing mobile games and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our games, websites, and support services. Our current product baseline is Gem Coloring.

1. Information We Collect
Information collected automatically:
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, language, region, app version, network status, identifiers used by the operating system or SDK providers, and diagnostic information.
- Gameplay and usage information: level progress, feature interactions, session events, in-game settings, ad availability events, reward events, and crash or performance logs.
- Advertising and attribution information: advertising identifiers such as IDFA or GAID where available, ad impression data, ad revenue events, attribution data, and campaign measurement data.
- Cloud save information: game progress and device mapping data when cloud save or data recovery features are enabled.
Information we do not ask you to provide:
- We do not require account registration to play Gem Coloring.
- We do not ask for your name, phone number, postal address, or personal contact information inside the game.
2. How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve our games and services.
- Save progress, restore data, and provide support.
- Analyze gameplay, balance levels, and improve product quality.
- Detect crashes, errors, fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
- Show ads, provide rewarded ads, and measure ad performance.
- Comply with legal, platform, and security requirements.
3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services that may collect or process information according to their own policies. Depending on the game version, region, and platform, these services may include:

4. Advertising and Tracking Choices
Our games may display ads, including rewarded ads. Ad networks may use advertising identifiers and device information to provide, limit, personalize, and measure ads. You can control personalized advertising through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads depending on your device.
Before any cross-app or cross-website tracking on iOS, we present the App Tracking Transparency prompt and respect your choice.
Industry opt-out tools. You may also use industry self-regulatory programs to opt out of interest-based advertising:

Cross-device linking. Our advertising partners may link identifiers across devices that appear to belong to the same person or household, in order to deliver consistent advertising and measurement. You can limit this by resetting advertising identifiers and using the opt-out tools listed above.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no industry-standard way to respond to this signal, and we do not respond to it.
Sensitive personal information. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, precise geolocation, biometric data, health data, or financial account numbers.
5. Data Sharing
We may share information with service providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, platform providers, and legal or security parties when needed to operate our games, provide ads, measure performance, comply with law, or protect our rights. For users in California and other regions with similar privacy laws, sharing device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and usage data with advertising partners may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out by using your device advertising controls or by contacting us at ranshuqing6537@gmail.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share".
6. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including gameplay operation, analytics, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and support. Analytics and advertising data retention periods may also be controlled by the third-party services listed above.
7. EEA, UK, and Swiss Users
When privacy laws such as the GDPR apply, our legal bases may include your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving our services. For personalized advertising and cross-app tracking where consent is required, we rely on consent and respect your choices.
Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, request data portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority.
International data transfers. Our service providers may process your information in countries outside your home region, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other safeguards recognized by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy
Our games are not directed to children under 16 and are not intended for Apple Kids Category or Google Play Families unless a product-specific policy says otherwise. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
9. Your Rights and Data Deletion
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or restrict certain data, and to withdraw consent for certain processing. You may also reset advertising identifiers or limit ad tracking through your device settings.

Authorized agents. Where applicable law permits, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written authorization signed by you, and we may need to verify your identity directly before processing the request.
Response time and appeals. We aim to respond to verified requests within 45 days, with a possible extension of up to an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, consistent with applicable law. If we decline a request in whole or in part, we will explain the reasons. If you disagree with our decision, you may appeal by replying to that response or contacting us at the email above with the subject "Privacy Appeal".
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Published" and "Effective" dates and post the new version on this page. For material changes, we will update the "Effective" date to a future date to give you notice before the change takes effect.
